Before You Compare Models
An outdoor sauna is easy to judge by its silhouette. That is the least useful place to begin.
The decision starts with use, site, structure, electricity, ventilation, delivery and responsibility. If one of those remains vague, the quotation is not complete. It is only cheaper on paper.
I wrote this book for buyers, architects, hotel operators and project teams working across Europe. Each chapter answers one practical question. Read them in order as a due-diligence checklist, or go straight to the question you need to settle.
Start with the use case. Verify the supplier and the legal scope. Check the site and utilities. Compare the complete offer, not the headline price. Keep the documents that prove what was agreed.
Rules change and projects differ. Use the sources in each chapter and confirm the current local requirement before committing.
