I reset my clock.
For a while now, phone was getting the best of me. My fingers almost formed a pattern of opening apps on my phone. They always were fidgeting. Trying to switch between apps. I was conscious about it but still did that unconsciously.
Then i got a call. Asking to join a cabin trip for the weekend. Very little internet connectivity. Just enough to keep posting on PUBlish. The result?
Time truly slowed down. Not that the clock started ticking slowly but my mind wasn't racing anymore. Coming back today, i saw it was going back to the usual. So i broke the pattern. And succeeded on day 1 of this reset.
It was a productive day. I ate healthy too. Let's try how long we go. Hope you all are taking good care of yourselves on the otherside.
