I don't often talk about my teams as much my wins.
They are the hands. They are the amazing minds while I'm just a mere presenter of their works.

Over the last 10 years, i've employed more than a 100 people.
It could be full-time, contract or part-time. I was fortunate to be in that place. To hold the power to give them a chance. For the clients who believed in me & granted me that power. And i'm confident i did a decent job with it.

Few of my team members have gone onto become successful entrepreneurs today & the remaining went onto achieve greater things at enterprises. What else could one wish for.

I've attended their weddings.
I've attended the birth of their young ones.
I still wish them on their birthdays.
Not because i'm a good man but they were the great ones who lived up to my belief in them. Who gave me the opportunity to continue being an Entrepreneur.

Thanks to the mindset of key stakeholders around me, we never cared about the degrees or backgrounds of our hires.
We purely believed in the people we interviewed.
And you can tell the right ones when you speak to them.

It's only because of my teams that i deliver.
It's only because of them that my clients send me such messages.
It's only because of them that i get to stand on stages to speak.

I take this moment to thank each & everyone that i worked with.
I'm nothing without you.
I'm everything with you all around.
