Somebody left you a fake 1 star on Google and you sent appeal? Dont sit and wait for it.

Google says review appeals are delayed again, "high volume", and they cant give any timeframe for pending cases. Barry Schwartz posted the Google answer here https://www.seroundtable.com/google-business-profiles-review-appeals-delays-42331.html

Also dont send the same appeal twice, Google says no duplicates. One is enough.

What I would do meanwhile - reply to the review. Calm, short, no fighting. People read your answer more than the 1 star.

Then ask your real happy customers for a review this week. 10 new honest ones and that bad one is just noise :)
