Running a small business from home means it never really closes.
The office is the kitchen table. The kitchen table is also homework, dinner, and somehow Saturday night with the laptop open "just for the invoices".
I tried the strict rule, no work at weekends. It never lasted for me.
What works better is smaller. One evening a week that is properly off. Phone in another room.
Not because the business can wait, but because I make worse decisions when I never stop.
Saturday is mine this month.
