Something I'm still learning: asking for help is not the same as failing.

For a long time I believed that if I can't do it all myself, maybe I shouldn't be doing it at all. Every task, every decision, every late email. Mine.

Look, nobody gives you a medal for that. You just get tired, and the business grows only as fast as one tired person can work.

So this is my weekend reminder, to you and to myself. Ask the friend who is good with numbers. Ask the founder who did it before you. Pay someone for the thing you hate doing.

You are still the one building it. Just not alone. ❤️
