If your GA shows a weird dip but the Shopify admin says orders are fine, don't fire your agency yet 😅

Shopify has a setting that is ON by default, "Allow Shopify to manage for me", and it puts your products into every new AI shopping channel. Meta, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT. On some of them people pay right inside the chat and never touch your website. So your pixels and GA just don't fire. The order is there, the tracking is not.

I'm not saying turn it off. I would stay in, that's where people are going to shop. But open Sales channels > Agentic, check what is switched on, and sort out server-side tracking before BFCM. Otherwise you optimise ads on numbers that miss part of your sales.
