funny how the doors that change something are almost never the big ones.

not the big trip, not the expensive course. it's someone saying "come, I'll show you how we do it". half a day inside somebody else's work, and you come home with ten new questions about your own.

and how often we say "maybe next time" to exactly that kind of invitation...
