That video was uploaded to youtube on Apr 23, 2005. It's the first ever & the oldest video on youtube. That was more than 21 years ago. The time when these founders had no clue how Youtube was still going to be relevant in 2026. It clocks in $60 Billion in revenue today. What an inspiring story of how 3 lads came together to build this platform that created millions of creators and made them superstar celebrities. It was a time when the world still did not have proper Internet. Startups weren't what they are today. Even with all the playbooks & mentors in the ecosystem, the failure ratio is still high. In those times were when these 3 founders turned this video browsing platform into the mammoth it is today.

Mind you that, it was google who acquired it just a year later of its launch that made it the gigantic platform it is today. That's what enterprises can do to you. They can bring in huge resources along with them, that can turn a nobody into something really big & powerful overnight. Another fun fact is that all 3 founders of youtube were former employees of Paypal and Paypal's founders includes greats like Elon Musk, Peter Thiel and many others. Looks like the knowledge & network plays a key role in your success.

Story of Youtube taught me to believe in what i'm doing & always keep doing the needful.
