The Friends building has a price tag 👀

Still thinking about that queue outside the Friends building 😄

So I went looking, and the building at 90 Bedford Street sold last December for $32.7 million. The seller had bought it in February 2024 for $18.25 million. Quite a jump for a place where not a single scene was shot! The show was filmed in a studio in Los Angeles.

Upstairs there are 21 apartments, all rented. Downstairs is the Little Owl restaurant, and its chef once complained about fans writing show quotes on the front of the building 🙈
