Most businesses do not have a traffic problem.
They have an attention problem.
Many owners spend hours changing logos, redesigning websites, or posting every day on social media while ignoring the people already speaking with them.
A simple exercise:
For the next 7 days write down every customer question you receive.
Then count them.
You will often find the same 5 to 10 questions repeating again and again.
Now create:
• Better answers
• Better follow up messages
• Better sales scripts
• Better content around those questions
Free advice from me:
Stop trying to sound smart.
Try to sound clear.
People rarely buy because you used big words. They buy because they quickly understood that you can solve their problem.
Clarity wins more business than cleverness.
