Saturday rule: no emails before pancakes :D

Why is "I will just check one email" the most dangerous sentence for a business owner on a Saturday morning? In pyjamas. With coffee. LOL, I am guilty too!

One email becomes ten. Then a "quick" call. Then suddenly it is lunchtime and my little one is asking why mum is still on the phone 🙈

So my weekend rule is simple. No emails before pancakes. And if I can help it, not after either :D

The business will not fall apart in two days. If it does, the problem is not the weekend, it is how we built it.

Kids grow up between Friday and Monday too. That's the part I don't want to miss.
