Conversational commerce - where a user describes what they want and an AI builds a quote - is coming to retail. The "get a quote in 60 seconds via chat" feature for the retailers is not far out. How it might change the way you sell, and how the buyers will liek this - we will see in the near future.

👉 Last but not least - Walmart buying Vibe.co (a connected TV / retail media platform) is about retail advertising becoming a profit centre in itself - not directly actionable now but signals where the platform layer is heading for large retailers.
