Copyright takedown
Submit a DMCA / copyright-infringement notice
If you believe content hosted on PUBlish (pub-lish.com) infringes your copyright, use this form to submit a formal takedown notice. The notice must include every statutory element required by US 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Each item is enforced below before the submission goes through.
We review every notice. When the elements are present and the claim is plausible, the content is removed within 72 hours and the affected member is notified with a copy of the notice. If you believe a takedown was filed against your work in error, you may submit a counter-notice by emailing appeals@pub-lish.com.
Knowingly false notices have legal consequences — DMCA § 512(f) provides remedies against complainants who misrepresent that material is infringing.
The notice
1. The copyrighted work
2. The infringing material on PUBlish
3. Your contact information
4-6. Statutory affirmations
Signature (type your full name)
Typing your full name above constitutes an electronic signature with the same legal weight as a handwritten signature for this notice.
Alternative: email a counsel-signed notice
If your organisation prefers to submit through legal counsel rather than this form, mail the notice (containing the six statutory elements) to appeals@pub-lish.com. Include “DMCA notice” in the subject so it routes correctly. Operator of Publish Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
