How do AI citations work?
Every published piece is crawlable by GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and the other answer-engine crawlers. When one of them fetches your page, we log it as an AI citation and count it on your profile. There is nothing to configure — publishing is enough.
How do I publish?
Tap Write in the top nav or visit /contribute. Short thoughts land as notes; long-form pieces need a title, subtitle, and 150 words minimum to be indexed by Google + AI. Your first piece unlocks Tier-2 rank tracking after five published pieces.
How do I invite people?
Every profile has a personal invite link at /invite. Share the link; anyone who signs up through it counts against the ten active-invite gate that unlocks the shop Buy button. "Active" means they published at least one piece.
How do I get on the shop waitlist?
Visit /shop and fill in the waitlist form. If you already have a shop editor at /desk/shop, you have access — the waitlist is for non-writers or writers who have not yet been onboarded to the shop editor.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@pub-lish.com from the address on the account and ask. We remove the profile row, all pieces, comments, reactions, and follows within one business day and reply once it is done. There is no self-serve delete button yet.
Something is broken. What do I do?
Email hello@pub-lish.com with a screenshot and the URL you were on. We reply to every message. If the site itself is down, check /status.
