Oh @Victoria, this is such a good one. Who would have thought that a pair of fluffy pink wristbands could teach us something about marketing?
But that’s exactly what makes this episode interesting. @Victoria turns a completely ordinary shopping trip into a surprisingly good marketing lesson: sometimes the best marketing starts with simply noticing a problem, understanding how people actually behave, and finding a small solution that makes their life better.
The funny thing is, we often make marketing far more complicated than it needs to be. We look for funnels, campaigns, hacks and complicated strategies. Meanwhile, the customer is basically telling us what they need. We just need to pay attention.
A great little story with a much bigger lesson.
Thanks for sharing this, @Victoria.
