and just like that, Summer has come to an end.
It's 7.15 pm as i post this article. A few weeks ago, the sun would be glaring into my eye around this time of the day. But this picture is how the evening looks like now. It's going to get darker sooner from here onwards. My friends who are parents had their kids going back to school. Most networking events that took a snooze for summer have started hosting them back. Trees are preparing to shed. The mood around the city is not so great. And i echo the same.
This summer was different from any other. We travelled 6500kms on a 50 day road trip to the far east in our car. Sun setting at 10pm everyday with ocean views was a treat to watch. Waking up to a 4am sunrise was cherry on the top. Met great people with respect to @immerzyve & opportunities. For the first time, i started putting stuff up on the internet to build my internet persona. Fun fact, i unlocked the "Gold Tier" achievement on @publish by posting continuously for 30 days now. It was a perfect summer.
Probably, that's why i don't feel so great. Assuming, others too. That beautiful time of the year is behind us now. Rains & Snow are soon to come. Not that i don't like them, but they are restrictive & ask me to be more prepared everyday. Summers are great. The feeling that follows isn't so.
With my commitment to @immerzyve, next summer seems further promising. I aspire to be in a better place & I hope your ventures will take you all where you wish to be too.
Ciao.
