There was a time when I thought working harder would solve everything.

But business is not only about effort.

It is also about direction.

You can spend years moving fast in the wrong direction and still feel stuck.

Now I ask simpler questions:

Does this create value?
Does this move the business forward?
Does this help people?

If the answer is no, I stop doing it.
