I've been in B2B sales for ten years. Started as an SDR in a startup that cold-called the cleaning industry from a basement in Manchester. Worked my way up - SDR, AE, sales manager, head of sales at a SaaS company you've never heard of that got acquired in 2024. I have done outbound the old way. I have run teams of six people. I have managed the lead-researcher / SDR / AE relay race that every B2B SaaS still thinks is the only way to do this. It is not the only way to do this anymore.
