How much does a made-to-measure blinds website cost?
Selling blinds online starts with a question most websites cannot answer: what does this blind cost at the customer’s exact size?
Your customer chooses a fabric, enters a width and drop, selects their options and expects an accurate price. Your workroom needs those same details to arrive with the order.
Getting that journey right is a big part of building a made-to-measure store.
At Interio App, a Shopify store for made-to-measure blinds costs from £2,500 to £35,000 to build. The right package depends on your product range, the pricing rules behind it and how much help you want after launch.
Here is what those prices include, where monthly costs apply and how to choose a sensible starting point.
All prices below are one-off build fees. Store Launch also has a monthly calculator subscription.
Package | Store build | Calculator | Support after launch |
|---|---|---|---|
Store Launch | From £2,500 | £79 a month | Training and 30 days |
Business Launch | £10,000 | Included, with no monthly calculator fee | 3 months |
Omnichannel | £19,500, or £12,900 for stores booked by 30 November 2026 | Included, with no monthly calculator fee | 6 months |
Market Leader | £35,000 | Included, with no monthly calculator fee | 12 months |
Store Launch uses a ready-made theme adapted with your logo and colours. Business Launch, Omnichannel and Market Leader include a store designed for your business.
The build fee and calculator are only part of your running budget. When comparing quotes, ask for Shopify, payment processing and any additional app costs to be set out separately.
A standard product might have one price, or a few priced variants. A made-to-measure blind can have a different price for every combination of width, drop, fabric group and optional extras.
For example, two customers can choose the same roller blind fabric and pay different amounts because their windows are different sizes.
Behind that simple shopping experience, someone needs to:
Set up the supplier’s price grids.
Configure the available sizes and product options.
Check calculated prices against the price list.
Test that measurements and specifications arrive correctly with the order.
Cut-to-length poles, tracks and headrails can need similar pricing rules. Fixed-price accessories are usually simpler to set up.
The amount of product setup often affects the price more than the number of pages on your website.
We create the storefront customers use to browse your range, configure products and place orders. You choose between a theme-based starting point and a design created for your business.
We set up every product included in the agreed scope, so you do not have to load the range yourself.
This is often the largest part of the work. Each blind type can have its own price grid, size limits and options, all of which need checking.
The calculator turns the customer’s measurements and choices into a price.
With Store Launch, it costs £79 a month. With Business Launch and above, it is included permanently, with no monthly calculator fee.
Support starts with training and 30 days on Store Launch. The larger packages extend that support, up to 12 months of product and calculator management with Market Leader.
Business Launch and above include 12 months of Interio App quoting software for showroom appointments and home visits. This brings online orders and showroom quotes into one system.
They also include articles written and published on your website:
Business Launch: 30 articles.
Omnichannel: 60 articles and a second language for your store.
Market Leader: 90 articles, plus Google Ads managed by us from month 7 to month 12.
The articles give you more opportunities to answer customers’ questions and explain your products. That work can support discoverability through search engines and AI tools, although visibility is never guaranteed.
For Market Leader, ask for advertising spend to be clearly identified alongside the included Ads management.
Already have a Shopify store?
If your main problem is pricing products by size, you may only need the calculator at £79 a month.
Taking your first step into online selling?
Store Launch gives you the lowest initial build cost. You can upgrade later and pay only the difference.
Want to connect your showroom with online sales?
Start by looking at Business Launch. Consider Omnichannel if you also need a second language and longer support.
Want ongoing help with content and advertising?
Market Leader combines the store build with the longest support period, the largest article package and managed Google Ads during months 7 to 12.
Your Shopify store is opened in your name and is yours to keep.
You pay 50% to start and 50% when the store goes live. We agree the scope before work begins, and quote for any additional work before starting it.
Start with two things:
A list of the products you want to sell online.
Your suppliers’ blind and hardware price lists. Screenshots are fine.
These help us understand how many pricing grids and options need setting up, then recommend a package that fits your range.
You do not need to arrive knowing which package to buy.
Book a 30-minute demo and bring your product list. We can work through what your store needs and what it would cost.

Not always. If most of your work comes from home visits and full rooms of curtains, a good website with photos of real jobs, the towns you cover and an easy way to book a visit may be enough. An online store starts to make sense when customers already ask for prices…

How do I share one price list across two branches?
Keep one master price list for the business and let both branches quote from it, rather than keeping a copy in each shop. Put every product, fabric band, lining, fitting charge and minimum charge in that one list, and give one person the right to change it. If a branch…
