Can a financial adviser have a product?
For a long time I'd have said no. What we sell is time and judgement, one client at a time.
But Priestley keeps coming back to this in the KPI programme and it has finally landed for me. A product doesn't have to be an app. It can be the questions you ask every new client before the first meeting, written down properly. Or the short guide to the thing you keep explaining on calls anyway.
Same knowledge. Just not locked inside my diary.
Anyone here done this in a service business? What did you package first?
