Why is it that - we want to be seen, we want influence, but we don’t want to polarise. To draw people towards us. To change something in our business, our industry, or the world?
But we still want everyone to approve :D
There is power in polarity. When we take a clear position, people can feel what we stand for. Some move closer. Others move away. We have to be willing to accept both.
And often, we already know this. Yet we soften our opinions, dilute our message, and hold back the very things that would make people care.
I think this is one of the biggest gaps in humanity right now: the distance between the impact we say we want and the disapproval we are willing to face.
AI can help us write, create, and reach more people. But it cannot make us willing to stand behind what we believe.
No AI tool will close that gap until we change.
