Card-only checkout is an American assumption. As an example the Netherlands runs on iDEAL. germany loves paypal and bank transfer. Nordics want klarna. Plenty of europeans have never typed a card number online in their life 🤯

They reach your payment page, don't see their method, and leave. no error, no feedback, just gone.

the fix takes an afternoon - stripe and most billing tools have local payment methods sitting behind a toggle. turn on iDEAL, klarna, sepa, bancontact for EU traffic.

boring settings, real revenue. i'd do this before spending another euro on ads.
