Buy vs Build - If you're selling a B2B solution, especially software, this is for you.
As i interact with hundreds of people physically within Canada or across the world through internet, whether meeting them to help with @immerzyve or just build a good relation, the sub conscious question i'm finding on every major business owner mind is "Do i buy this? or can i just build this instead?"
This is the decision making framework i got to learn today when chatting with my cousin whose the Engineering Manager at a big tech company. Apparently, this is the way they take decisions. With them doubting their own company's abilities with the way AI is growing, he reinforced the thought in me to build deep expertise that will make us hard to replace. I took the thought forward to further chat with another friend of mine whose in Tech, who educated me that this framework existed for quite sometime. Well, not working for corporate ever has its challenges i guess. Moving on, i found that this relates pretty much to the topic i recently wrote about - Leverage. Whether its your product, the market or you yourself, there has to be something about it that will make you the desired option. That's where Vibe-coding may let down a lot of people whose hopes are high right now. Or probably maintaining vibed code will be the real opportunity at hand.
Either ways, you will need a convincing answer to get past this question in your customer's mind. Hope you find it soon.

Another video i made with AI for @immerzyve. This one's specifically for the Curtains businesses. And your feedback would really help me.
