open any product page and watch where your eyes actually go.
not the description. you skip it, everyone does. the seller wrote it, so you already know what it's going to say.
you go to the reviews. then the questions. "does it fit a 15 inch laptop". "is the colour darker in real life". "how loud is it at night".
that's where the buying happens.
and most stores have it backwards. hours on the description, the questions section left empty or full of "great product!!"
flip it. every question you've been asked by email, dm or in the comments, put the answer on the page. in the customer's words, not yours. short. honest even when the answer is "no, it won't fit".
funny thing - the "no" answers sell too. people trust a shop that tells them when something isn't for them.
a page that already answers the question someone was about to ask feels like a shop with a person standing in it.
start with the one you get asked the most. you already know which one it is.
