Evening Sunsets.
I wish i could lend my view to show you how happy i am during this part of the day. I wish i could make you feel the way i do. It's the usual time i decide to write. Like the one you're reading here. That's when i don't have to put an effort to smile or be in a good mood. Earth puts up its show & feels like i'm the only audience for it. It doesn't just stop at making me feel good but also makes me type thoughts like these.
It's the time when my world shines in a different color, making everything beautiful, probably with the sunlight hitting from a side angle. This effect of light made me extremely happy hundreds of times but somehow i never get tired of it. It's the same sun all day, but magically, sundowner feels special. At the same time, it reminds me the day has come to an end. Makes me think of what i wanted to do, what i've actually done instead & what needs to move to tomorrow. At this point, i'm mostly disappointed in my mind that the things to be done still remain & would be carried over to tomorrow with not much room left. Somewhere in these lines, i also remind myself of the cost of freedom to enjoy such moments.
Entrepreneurship is freedom to do what you like. To choose your own schedules. But it has to be earned. Like the great women & men who fought for this in various means, i learn & do the same. The challenge is not really the journey but mending myself to fit what this journey demands from one. For the country, for the land, for the family or for themselves. Freedom exists at all levels and earning that through entrepreneurship is not an easy feat. It's difficult not because there's a lot to do, but because you have to do it all mostly alone. Not once, but keep doing it. All in the hope of winning. No guarantees.
On the flipside, the same challenging pursuit gives me sunsets like these. Slows down the time like this specific one from Prince Edward Island in Canada from a road trip about a month ago. It was the trip that gave me stunning sunsets like these that i got to see from mountain tops & farmlands. I wish you all can visit Canada & experience this stunning beauty yourselves. If not, i wish for you to experience as many sunsets as possible wherever you are for the rest of our lives.
To another day of writing.
To another day of hoping.
To another day of happiness.

It's my birthday today. But that's not what i wanted to share.
For those who don't know me, I live in Canada, but originally from India. Besides a few friends & family cousins, everyone that i call mine are back home in India. I've been receiving calls to wish me from late evening itself as the day began in India already. One of those…
