If your shop sends fifteen quotes a week and each one takes half an hour, you are giving away a full working day every single week to quoting. That is 390 hours a year, almost ten working weeks, spent with a calculator, a pile of supplier price lists and a spreadsheet instead of measuring, fitting or selling. InterioApp is quoting software built by people from the curtain and blind trade to give that day back: your price lists go in once, and every quote after that takes minutes, with the right price, your margin and a profit summary before it goes out. It costs £3.30 a day.

The hours are only the part you can see. Slow quoting costs you in three ways, and the other two hurt more.
The first is your time. At £40 an hour, the 390 hours in the example above are worth £15,600 a year. For most owners those hours are not taken from the working day, they are taken from the evening, after a day of fitting.
The second is the customer who does not wait. A homeowner who asks three shops for a price usually books the one that answers first. If your quote arrives two days after the visit and another shop left a printed quote on the kitchen table, the job has gone, and you never find out why.
The third is the mistake. A size priced in the band below instead of the band above. Lining forgotten on one window. Curtain widths rounded down instead of up. Every shop owner has a story about the bay window where one mistake took the whole profit, and it always happens on the busiest week.
You pick the room and the window, choose the product and the fabric, type the width and the drop, and the price appears, taken from your own supplier price grids. Curtains work out their own fullness, widths and fabric metres. Tracks and poles are priced by length like everything else. Before the quote goes out you see the discount, your markup and the profit on the whole job, so you know what you are earning before the customer says yes.
When she says yes, the same quote becomes the work order and then the invoice, without typing anything twice. Daniel, from our team in New Zealand and Australia, shows it in under three minutes.
And here is the part owners usually ask about first, the discount, markup and profit summary on a quote.
From your suppliers, exactly as they send them. Roller blinds, Romans, verticals and the rest come as grids with widths across the top and drops down the side, and they go into InterioApp once. After that the software always picks the right band, never the one below. Your tax and your markup are set once in the settings and applied to every quote. When a supplier sends a new price list in January, you replace the grid and every quote from that day uses the new prices.
£99 per user per month, which is £3.30 a day, less than the coffee most people buy on the way to the shop. That includes full quoting, work orders and invoices, unlimited products, the website calculator with the Shopify integration so your own website can show prices and take orders, a verified PUBlish profile with one professional article, 500 email campaign sends a month, and live video support sessions. The standard setup, where we load your products and price lists for you - £1,800.
InterioApp's own figures are more than 20 hours a month saved on quoting and quotes turned round 75 percent faster. For the shop in the example above, the software costs about £1,200 a year against £15,600 of the owner's time.
People from the trade. We have been in the curtain and blind business since 2011, and InterioApp started as a calculator built for our own curtain shop, because quoting by hand was taking too long and the mistakes were costing money. It grew into the quoting software, the Shopify calculator and the online stores we now set up for curtain and blind retailers in the UK, Ireland, EU, the United States, New Zealand and Australia. The price logic behind it is fifteen years of the trade written into software, which is also why we are careful about promising only what it really does.
AI is very good at explaining, drawing and writing, and we use it every day. It can help you design how your quote looks and write the words that go with it. What it cannot do on its own is know your supplier grids, your rules and your margins, and get the price right on every job, every day. A quote is a promise with a number on it. The number has to come from your price lists, through logic that is tested.
We work with PUBlish, our partner publishing platform. Every InterioApp account includes a verified PUBlish profile and a professional article about your business, published so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google can find it and quote it when someone asks where to buy blinds in your town. It takes a few weeks, not a few days, and it builds with every piece.
Once we have your product list and supplier price lists, we load them for you. How long it takes depends mostly on how many price lists you have and how clean they are, not on the software. Usually might take up to 1-2 weeks.
