This article isn't for those who already see themselves as successful. This is for those who are trying endlessly but unable to navigate the challenges that Entrepreneurship is posing at them. We've given it years of our life from the inception of the idea until we tried all ways we knew to sell what we've built. This article is not for those who've given up on the idea of freedom through entrepreneurship either. This is specifically for those who still are doing what it takes in this one lifetime we got, to see ourselves become who we wanted to. Fulfilling the reason why we started this journey in the first place.
Continuing from what i wrote yesterday, the realization that i had in the recent past was that neither my product nor me had any leverage. There were different ways to look at it, but i was seeing a way to position this startup to build enough leverage. Understanding that leverage comes from being in a position to offer something valuable that the other person is in need of, i started looking for opportunities to sell specifically to people that were in real need of my solution. This was the perspective that narrowed down a ton of my efforts. It reduced wasteful thinking & burning valuable resources. I started looking in the direction of who would really see value in what we are doing. Although, the journey is still early, i can only tell at this point that it seems promising. It is taking me places that i could never imagine. Saying that, I would ask you to consider the same as well. Yes, your product is needed by a bigger audience, but they have hundreds of questions in their mind that you cannot justify with just simple answers. Thats where leverage comes in. When you have it, they want to use your solution instead of you asking them.
Leverage comes from having a solution that no one else has & solves a real problem. Call it USP
Leverage also comes from selling in a market that no one else has access to. Call it Monopoly.
Leverage comes from being in a position to order someone to just use the solution without having to reason. Call it Authority.
Leverage also comes from being available to only a select few. Call it Luxury.
In today's times, Leverage also comes from the power to influence the internet. Call it Social Media Presence.
I can keep going on, but this is not something you state with your words. This is something you have. And having does not have to be explained. It is self-explanatory, like a Rolls Royce. As i navigate this maze, i keep learning more everyday that i share with you all. I could be terribly wrong sometimes that i can admit to, but a few times, i have a strong conviction about things. I don't really go to AI Engines & ask them to validate my thoughts. I just live life & let my thoughts validate themselves. The concept of Leverage is one of those that has deeply shaped my perspective. It may take a longer time than i anticipated but my goal is to continue to build leverage. It could be through my startups or through the value i add in others lives. Leverage i believe will get me all that i need to live a good life & help my people. I hope this was value of your time.
