We build wallpaper calculator app for Shopify stores - the tool that lets a customer input their measurements of their wall and see exactly how many rolls they need, and check out without emailing back and forth. Over the past year we've built dozens of versions of this for different stores, and tested them against each other on real traffic. I mean - AI is a tool that changes everything in the market and not in a good way.
Don't take in a wrong way - we use AI and we love it. But here's what keeps happening: we build the fancy version - animated previews, floating panels, the works that now are very easy to develop and people are going crazy about the idea that they can do somehting using their words. But what we find out that same people - when they spend their money, they only trust simple and clear tools they use online. We build the simple version - clean form, clear numbers and simple flow, and guess which one converts?
The simple one. Almost every time.
Our team will always tell you the same thing: start simple. Get real traffic to your site and start testing what works and what doesn't. 8 times out of 10, it's not the floating windows or the animated images that win your customers over. It's the plain, clear stuff - simple text, simple images, a page that makes visitors feel like they're exactly where they should be.
After many conversations inside with the team, I think we found the answer - people still think that excel is smart and complex tool, that somehting that looks like windows 2000's are smart and trustable. and AI - might cheat, might be incorrect, and might simply say "oops, sorry, my mistake" and disappear.
A clean "how it works" page is still the single biggest converter we see. And if you're running a chatbot, strip it down: lose the AI assistant, keep the "we'll get back to you within X hours" widget. That's it. :)
I'm Ena - and yes, we test everything. But we'll always tell you straight what's working right now and what isn't.
Here's the part that gets interesting: when we talk to clients, they'll often say "this was working three, six months ago." Then it stops. Is it summer, is everyone on holiday, or did something actually shift? Usually it's not what people assume - customers are still buying, they're just moving somewhere else. And if you're not tracking behaviour and adjusting, you're quietly losing that battle without noticing.
That's the gap, and I think we have tools to close it.
Some of our clients are opening new stores and growing right now. Others feel stuck, like they've already missed the window. You haven't. If anything, the timing is good - more people are discovering products through LLMs and AI tools every week, and that means more room to show up with genuinely good content, not less.
The catch: the algorithms don't sit still. LinkedIn, PUBlish, Facebook, Google, every platform, every week. Something a "guy who gets AI" told you last week about what to post might already be outdated this week. That's just the environment now.
We're here for exactly this. Happy to jump on a call and walk through where you're actually losing conversions - and what to fix first.
Fill the form and we will invite to a demo call.
