Your customers already wrote your next 5 posts

Good morning everyone! Friday tip from us, and it is a small one again.

Most business owners tell us the same thing: "we don't know what to post". Fair. But you are sitting on the answer every single day and not seeing it.

Open your inbox, your DMs, the WhatsApp messages from customers. Look at the last month. What do people ask you again and again?

1. Write those questions down. Exactly the way the customer asked, not the way you would say it. "Do you deliver to Glasgow?" and not "our delivery coverage".

2. Pick the top 5. The ones you are honestly tired of answering :)

3. Answer each one properly, one post each. Short, honest, with a real example from your own business.

That's it. Five posts nobody else can write, because they come from YOUR customers.

And the bonus. When somebody types that same question into Google or ChatGPT, the business that answered it clearly in public has a much better chance to be the one that shows up. Not the one with the nicest logo.
