AI implementation for small businesses
This could be applied to almost every small business in Europe that has knawladge and access AI. I mean - we are still trying to know how it works, and even the ones who built Claude or ChatGPT doesn't control it 100% (I believe not even 45% but still, I don't know, so let's say 100%) and has done almost nothing about it.
So what you could do and you should do to be visible in the market. To be found by AI and Google, and get more clients, not only leads. Position yourself on AI. I think that people still don't understand how important this is. Know what's happening - we write, we code, we build tools more for the AI than humans. So if you will miss this window and not start posting, writting, possitioning yourself and your company on AI, it can be almost impossible to do this in 2-3 years.
WHY NOW
The gap between "AI exists" and "my business actually uses AI" is enormous and growing. Big consultancies do not bother with companies under 200 staff. The under-200 market is exactly where the volume opportunity sits, and it is structurally underserved.
